Yes, OmniPro Construction offers free initial consultations. However, if a design team, engineer, architect, etc... is deemed necessary to complete a thorough estimate based on local or federal permit codes, they may require a service charge based on the scope of the project. We will know this by the end of the initial free consultation and will share this information with you upfront prior to any commitment or contracts being drawn up. We believe that monetary transparency throughout every project is the key to a successful working relationship.

This often depends on the client's time and budget. For artistic pieces such as house or yard sculptures, center or conversational pieces, living wall layouts, custom fence , ceiling, or accent wall designs, furniture, countertops, custom made-by-hand or C&C machined out of wood or metal then yes we likely can. If it has mechanical or electrical components then we have relationships with local companies that specialize in this that will assist us. Every creative project is unique. Yes. However, this is generally project specific. Small to midsize projects we generally ask for a down payment then the final payment upon completion. For large scale, capital, or on-going projects we do accept a down payment plus phase payment contract based on the clients budget and projected timeline. We discuss this during our Pre-Construction phase. See "The Process" page for more details.

Unfortunately NO. We can't take on the liability or responsibility of anyone other than our affiliated subcontractors performing any work on our projects. All of our subcontractors have a proven record of works that are up to the high standards our company and clients expect and require on every project. Our subcontractors all own their own businesses, are licensed and insured, and specialists in their trades. If you have a subcontractor that you would like us to use on your project, let us know during the initial consultation meeting and we will be happy to vet them and if they meet our standards we will be happy to discuss this with you and them further.  

Designers are amazing but they are not all created equal just like contractors. Many have a unique feel they excel in bringing out of every project. We know that it's important to find one that you communicate well with, that can see your vision through your eyes, and create the space that meets and exceeds your expectations. We have a few designers and design teams that we are happy to recommend but you are always welcome to use your own as well. Designers love us, and we love them. 

It depends greatly on the project. Smaller repairs on a commercial building can be taken care of very quickly. Other projects such as ground-up builds to large scale capital projects require extensive planning. Some custom-made metal artistic pieces can be started quickly but equally can take a while to fabricate. general home repairs and cosmetic updates can be completed quickly. Email us and we will be happy to discuss your project with you and can come up with a solution.

It's ok, don't be nervous. Our team is very down to earth and all of us love to talk about projects and unique concepts. We are very approachable just email or call us, we are all happy to answer any questions we can for you.
