We could not do what we do without our amazing team of subcontractors. Thanks to them, we can meet the high-paced construction demands with confidence. All of our subs are vetted, quality contractors, with a passion for what they do.

The value, knowledge, and experience architects and engineers bring to the table is undeniable. From structural to CAD work, to designing, planning, and safety, the details in which they account for on every small to large scale project we have the privilege to work with them on is inspiring. We lean on their expertise heavily and appreciate the time they dedicate to every project. They are the ones that enable us to turn clients conceptual creative spaces into a reality.

Many people greatly underestimate how much time, energy, thought, and creativity it truly takes to take an average space and make is an inspiring, unique, eye-grabbing space. 

Not only do our designers have to understand and grasp the clients vision, but they then have to account for functionality and flow within that space while achieving the "look" and "Feel" that the client is desiring. 

But we do!! And we could never do what they do. 

Without the design teams we would be lost. 

It takes the right people with the right skills, experience, and creative expertise, working together to take an otherwise normal looking space and make it and inspirational oasis. We do love designers!

Our project managers are extremely important to us. They are the face of the company and the direct contact with the clients and subcontractors alike. They are responsible for project timelines, budgets, knowledge to troubleshoot issues and find solutions on each project as they come up. They provide comfort to the client as one prime point of contact throughout. The project manager roll within OmniPro is a unique roll in that each type of project will dictate a specific PM based on their experience background. Sometimes this may be the owner and sometimes this may be a subcontractor on a smaller project. On large scale projects we may utilize a number of PM's per phase utilizing the skill and knowledge we have within the company to ensure the project runs smoothly for the client.  

The estimators are extremely important to us. They are the ones that understand the market values, current material and labor rates,  ensure our profit and overhead margins are met, and are generally one of the first people to meet with them to get a clear understanding on their  specific budgeting needs, share payment options and expectations, and more. OmniPro understands that if our prices are too high or too low there will be questions, so everything the estimator submits has to be justified. 

We value our estimators, they are the ones that keep our doors open and allow us to continue providing quality services to our clients.

We work with local and national suppliers to ensure the clients that we can get the materials and supplies needed to complete their projects on-time.

We all see and feel the challenges receiving material in a timely manor due to price increases and shipping timelines in an ever-changing economy. So to combat this, we have multiple relationships with a large variety of suppliers and manufacturers throughout the country that we can call on to receive needed materials as quickly as possible.
